From the Meadowbrook Parkway heading South:

Exit Meadowbrook Parkway at the Merrick Road (West) Freeport exit.

Make a right turn onto Merrick Road and immediately get into the left lane.

Make a left turn onto Mill Road at the first traffic light.

The Long Island Sports Complex will be approximately 300 yards on your right.
